**Vehicle Defensive Handgun Course** The Vehicle Defensive Handgun Course is designed to prepare responsible armed citizens and defensive firearms students to effectively respond to threats encountered in and around a vehicle. This hands-on course focuses on the unique challenges of employing a defensive handgun from within the confined space of a vehicle and during rapid vehicle exit scenarios. Students will develop the mindset, tactics, and weapons-handling skills necessary to respond to a threat while seated in a vehicle, moving to cover, or protecting loved ones and passengers. Training topics include: * Safe firearm presentation and manipulation inside a vehicle * Drawing from concealed carry positions while seated * Engaging threats through windows, doors, and windshield considerations * Driver-side and passenger-side threat response * Rapid vehicle exit and movement to cover * Use of the vehicle as cover and concealment * Close-quarters defensive handgun engagements * Decision-making under stress and threat recognition * Legal and tactical considerations for defensive force in and around vehicles This course includes practical dry-fire repetitions, scenario-based drills, and live-fire exercises where applicable.
